My name is Storm Kuzey Yildirim. I’m 14 years old, from Hvalstad, Norway, and I compete for Bærum Skiskytterklubb (BSSK). I discovered biathlon when I was nine, and I’ve been hooked ever since.

Biathlon is one of the few sports where juniors and adults use the same equipment and the same shooting ranges, with no adjustments for younger athletes. That puts a real and unnecessary burden on young competitors.
That’s why I started True North Biathlon: to make the sport more accessible and enjoyable for young athletes like me, and for the coaches and parents who support us. It began with designing biathlon equipment that better fits younger athletes’ bodies, and led to the ShootIn App, built to make time on the shooting range easier and better.

The ShootIn App is designed to make time on the shooting range easier and more effective. It’s simple to use and runs smoothly during both zeroing sessions and competitions, for athletes, coaches, and parents alike.
There’s no login or registration, and anyone can use it, so it works straight out of the box. I’m always working to improve the app and keep it simple, so that everyone, whatever their role or experience, can focus on what matters most to them.
